All images and content on this website are the property of Filipe Teixeira-Dias, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use, downloading, reproduction, or distribution of any images without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. For licensing or usage inquiries, please contact us.

Shipping

  • All items are professionally made by our London-based photographic and fine art printer, Hahnemühle Certified Studio and Canson Certified Print Lab, Point101, and will be shipped within 10 working days. Total turnaround times comprise production time and delivery.

  • Shipping to the mainland UK is included in our pricing. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours for the mainland UK, unless otherwise requested.

  • Shipping internationally may incur extra cost (calculated at checkout). We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and dedicated couriers for international deliveries, unless otherwise requested.

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages during shipping. International mail usually takes about 7- 45 days if the package does not get stuck in customs (which can be up to a month or more). 

  • Buyers are responsible for any custom fees applied by their country. 

  • If an order is returned to us as undelivered then the buyer is responsible for any further postage costs. 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders, made-to-order or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

  • If a return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
